We don’t receive calls when our Android Phones are in sleep mode. Why?
We will activate your account within 48 business hours once we receive your payment. However, shipping may take up to 7 business days depending on your location within North America. If you are transferring your previous phone numbers, the transfer may take 1-7 business days. We will make sure that you will receive your equipment before your previous numbers stop working.
How does the voicemail service work?
We have developed a cutting-edge, user-friendly Voicemail Service that is both cost effective and has a multitude of features.
Our Voicemail boxes are preset to receive and store up to 50 messages at any given time. So when you receive a new message, simply listen to it and delete it to ensure your voicemail box is never full.You can also subscribe to a larger voicemail box, just ask us how.
What is the difference between 888, 877, 855, 844 or 866 for Toll-Free?
There is no technical difference between the prefixes of the Toll Free Number.
If we want to keep our numbers, but not the service, what should we do?

If we move our business to another city, should we cancel our service?
The answer is no. We provide services to almost everywhere in Canada & United States. If you move your business to another city in Canada or the US, you can simply obtain a new phone number for your new location. You even can keep your old phone number for a small monthly charge, so you will not lose connection with your customers.

Can we cancel our phone service at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your phone service at any time. However, you need to provide us with 30 days of notice. To cancel or suspend your service, please visit us at www.fresoconnect.com/stop
Can we change our phone plan at any time?
Yes. You can change your phone plan at any time. To change your monthly plans please chat with one of our representatives at www.fresoconnect.com/support.
How can we use the phone service when there is a power outage?
There are two ways to deal with this situation. If you press *92 on your phone (before the outage) and enter your cellular phone number, your phone will be forwarded to your cellular phone whenever you experience a power outage or don’t answer your phone.
Alternatively, you can sign up to use our app on your smart phone or you can contact us to forward your phone number to your cellular phone.
Please be informed that your phone number will still receive your voicemails if your voicemail box is not full.
We are using FRESO Connect iOS App as our business phone, why do we sometime receive voicemails instead of calls?
With iOS products, you need to keep ‘FRESO connect’ on the background (recent apps).
If we finish our international calling credit, how can we obtain additional credit?
You can purchase additional credit at www.fresoconnect.com/credit. If you place an order between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Atlantic Time, you can use this credit within three hours.
How can we make international calls?
You can buy credit at www.fresoconnect.com/credit to add credit then you can call 180 countries and regions with the lowest international rates. If you place an order between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Atlantic Time, you can use this credit within three hours. Alternatively, you can choose from the Unlimited Asia plan or the world plan. We don’t receive calls when our Android Phones are in sleep mode. Why?
On some older version of Android devices, the Wi-Fi goes to sleep after a while. To solve this issue, you need to follow these steps.
Settings –> Network –> press the hard option key on the bottom of your phone –> Wi-Fi sleep policy –> Never Sleep Wi-Fi.
